Acrassicauda are an Iraqi heavy/oriental metal band formed in 2000–01.The name of the band Acrassicauda is a Latin word for black scorpion, which is commonly found in Iraqi deserts. Acrassicauda consists of lead vocalist Faisal Talal, guitarist Tony Aziz, bassist Firas Al-Lateef and drummer Marwan Riyak.
