Amethystium is an ambient-new age musical project whose sole member is
Norwegian producer/composer/multi-instrumentalist Øystein Ramfjord. Under
the Amethystium name, Ramfjord has released four full-length albums,
"Odonata," "Aphelion," "Evermind," and "Emblem (Selected Pieces)" on
Neurodisc Records as well as a collection of earlier works, "Demos."
Amethystium has garnered international critical acclaim and a devotion of
fans in music's electronic and new age circles.
