Anna Eira Margarida Mourão de Melo e Abreu (born February 7 1990 in Vantaa, Finland) is a Finnish singer. She came to publicity becoming the runner-up on Finnish Pop Idol. Ever since her main genre is pop, though her songs also have R&B, soul and latin rhythms to them. Her debut single "End of Love" was presented on NRJ radio station on June 26 2007, preceding the release of her selftitled debut album on August 22 2007, which went platinum within a week of release. Biography Anna's father lives in Portugal, whilst Anna and her mother live in Vantaa, Finland. Anna has a brother Emil and he's four years younger. Anna lived in Portugal when she was a little girl and she went there to see her father often during her life. During Finnish Pop Idol, Anna studied at the Sibelius Academy and she came back there with the other competitors. Anna's other hobbies are reggaeton-dance and she has played the violin in one music group.
