    Apollo Sunshine
    Apollo Sunshine is an alternative rock band of the 2000s currently based out of Leverett, Massachusetts. History Members Sam Cohen, Jesse Gallagher, and Jeremy Black originally met at Berklee College of Music. Since then, they have recorded two full length albums and attained a national cult following. Sean Aylward was added to the lineup in 2004 in order to fill out the band's live sound. He also played on their second, self-titled album. In 2006, Sean left due to the band's desire to continue as a trio, though he still remains a close friend. The band released their first album Katonah in 2003 on spinART records. The album was recorded in Katonah, New York in a barn which the band converted into a studio, and produced by Andy Edelstein, a professor at Berklee College of Music. The first single, "I Was on the Moon," was released in 2004, with a video following in 2005. The New York Times describes their sound as "b
