Astrovamps is an American death rock group. It was formed in the early 1990s by Daniel Ian andEyajo Joseph. History Astrovamps released their first two records on cassette from 1991-1993, "Savage Garden" and "Blood And Flowers." In 1992,the band wrote the lyrical content for "Pixies And Daggers," a mysterious album that was never recorded. The self-titled albumAstrovamps appeared later in 1995. Manifesto was intended to be re-released in 1994, but the plan was withdrawn due to bankruptcy of the band's record label. Later in 2002, Astrovamps signed a record deal with German label Alice In... of the Dark Dimensions label group. In 2003, the Manifesto EP was re-released on the new label.
