Attak, the first KMFDM album following the band's break-up (rather, a
three-year hiatus during which some members recorded and performed under
the name MDFMK), was released in 2002 on Metropolis Records. Several tracks
exhibit strong influence from the band's members at the time, including Tim
Skold (of Skold, Shotgun Messiah) and Raymond Watts (of PIG). It was
recorded in Seattle, Washington.
