    August Burns Red
    August Burns Red is a metalcore group from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The band formed in March of 2003 and quickly started playing shows around Lancaster. In 2004, the band was signed to CI Records and released an EP called Looks Fragile After All. After about another year of playing shows, the band was signed to Solid State Records in 2005 and released Thrill Seeker on November 8th of that year. Their latest album, "Messengers", was released on June 19, 2007. August Burns Red has toured with bands such as Unearth, Cassius, The Chariot, Ringworm, Bleeding Through, Walls of Jericho, Demiricous, Ligeia, Sinai Beach, Chasing Victory, The Showdown, Project 86, Haste the Day, Wilderness, Chiodos, The Number Twelve Looks Like You, Zao, Spoken, Whitechapel, Inhale Exhale, Evergreen Terrace, Becoming the Archetype, See You Next Tuesday and As I Lay Dying.
