    Barry Mason
    Barry Mason (born in Wigan) was a leading English songwriter of the 1960s, gaining many gold and platinum awards for his work. His songwriting included such penning such songs as "Love Grows ", "The Last Waltz", "Here It Comes Again", "There Goes My First Love", "A Man Without Love", "Winter World of Love" and "Delilah". His songs have been recorded by Tom Jones, David Essex, The Drifters, Rod Stewart, Petula Clark, Perry Como, Elvis Presley, Engelbert Humperdinck, The Fortunes, Charles Aznavour, Tony Christie and Barbra Streisand. Mason also co-penned (with Les Reed) the song "Marching On Together" (aka "Leeds! Leeds! Leeds!"), the anthem of Leeds United A.F.C. He has received five Ivor Novello Awards, the most recent of them in 1998.
