Ben Jelen (born 8 July 1979), born Benjamin Ivan Jelen in Edinburgh, Scotland, is a singer-songwriter who plays the piano, violin, and guitar. He has lived in Scotland, England, Texas, New Jersey, and New York. Music career Jelen attended high school in San Antonio, Texas briefly, as a freshman at Northside Health Careers High School. He completed high school in Princeton, New Jersey and graduated from Rutgers University, the state university of NJ, with a degree in biology.
