Bethany Joy Galeotti (born Bethany Joy Lenz on April 2 1981, Hollywood, Florida) is an American singer-songwriter, musician and actress. Trained at the Brooklyn College of Opera, Galeotti learned to sing, play guitar and piano, and compose music. As a singer, she has released two independent albums, titled Preincarnate (2002) and Come On Home (2005). As an actress, she is best known for her role as Michelle Bauer Santos on Guiding Light (from 1998 to 2000) and for her role as Haley James Scott on One Tree Hill (since 2003).
