Brian Byrne (born January 13, 1975 in Steady Brook, Newfoundland and Labrador) is a Canadian singer-songwriter and musician, best recognized as the vocalist for I Mother Earth. Biography Brian joined his first band in Corner Brook in 1988, called Pandemonium. The band members were Brian, Kris Waterman, John Kennedy, Rick Waterman and Todd Cook. The late Kris Waterman had a great ability to pick out talent, even at such a young age, and selected Brian as the lead singer for the band. Brian developed his singing and stage presence skills very quickly. Byrne lived in Steady Brook and Toronto in the early 1990s, where he worked at different times as cook, dishwasher, bartender, night cleaner, office work, ski instructor, and rock climbing instructor. He fronted bands such as Mess and Klaven (witchAdam Gontier of Three Days Grace) before eventually joining rock band I Mother Earth in 1997. He recorded two albums with them,
