Cloudride is a Swiss rock band from Basel. Cloudride's style is similar to British independent bands. First appearances took place in small clubs, nowadays Cloudride is performing at big festivals all across Switzerland. Band history Cloudride was founded in early 2001 and after some member changes the band began to record demos in spring 2002 and to participate at regional contests. In 2003 Cloudride played some bigger regional gigs and became well-known around Basel and successfully performed its first times abroad Switzerland. The first commercial release, the EP Behind My Glasses, produced with support from the friendshipped band Godlike, hit the stores.
