Dara Bubamara (Cyrillic: ???? ????????, born May 21, 1976 in Novi Sad,
Serbia is the stage name of a popular Serbian turbo-folk singer.
Life Born as Radojka "Rada" Ad?i?, she grew up in Satelit, a neighborhood
of Novi Sad, Serbia. Her parents moved to Novi Sad from Derventa,
Bosnia-Herzegovina before Rada was born.
She is in a relationship with controversional, currently jailed
businessman who goes by the nickname Laki. They're planning to get married
and have 2 children.
Bubamara has also been in the public eye due to her catfights with another
Serbian turbofolk songstress Jelena Karleu?a.
Songs One of her most popular songs is "Ko?ava sa Dunava", which was a
huge hit in Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) in the early 1990s.
