is a Japanese heavy metal band with a toned down visual kei style. History Deathgaze was formed in 2003 by Hazuki, Ai, Naoki, and Kanna, who was soon replaced by Naoto. After releasing their first single, "294036224052", vocalist, Hazuki, left in spring 2004 to form his own band, Lynch. As a replacement, Sou joined the group in late 2004. The band released several more singles though he also left in late 2006 to marry. At this time, they announced a mid-year long hiatus. On November 11, 2007, the band officially ended their hiatus with the bassist Ai becoming the vocalist. They are currently looking for a new bassist. Currently, Deathgaze has released six singles (one being a re-release) and a full-length album titled Genocide and Mass Murder.
