De Jeugd van Tegenwoordig ("Kids These Days") is a popular Dutch language hiphop and R&B act based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, renowned for their irreverent, humorous musical approach, lyrical flirting with languages other than Dutch and propagating several neologisms, most notably the word "watskeburt". The group is comprised of Vieze Fur ("Dirty Fur") a.k.a. Vieze Freddie ("Dirty Freddie") or Baksteen ("Brick") (real name Freddie Tratlehner), P. Fabergé a.k.a. P. Dronq or Peppie (real name Pepijn Lanen) and Willie Wartaal (Wartaal means "gibberish" or "ravings") (real name Ollicio Locadia). All tracks on the group's debut album Parels voor de Zwijnen ("Pearls For Swines") were produced by Bas Bron. In the Netherlands they are known for their novelty hit single "Watskeburt?!", which topped the Dutch Top 40 for several weeks in 2005.
