Diamond Geezer is a British television drama written by Caleb Ranson which stars David Jason as a jewel thief and professional con man. Background The first series of Diamond Geezer was supposed to be a one off special ITV drama starring David Jason as a long-serving prison inmate trying to persuade a first time offender to join forces with him in his new big scam. It aired on 20th March 2005. After a successful pilot episode however it was decided that David Jason would reprise his role as Des in a new three part series which was aired on the 9th April 2007.
