Eric Kupper is an American keyboardist, arranger, songwriter, remix artist,
and record producer of French descent. He is known for his production for
drag artist RuPaul and other artists. Mr. Kupper was in several bands
before finding his niche in session work on house records and remixes,
notably working with Arthur Baker, Frankie Knuckles, and François
Kevorkian. Kupper wrote "The Whistle Song," which became one of Knuckles'
most famous tracks. Mr. Kupper also records under the name K-Scope. He
co-wrote the song "Imitation of Life" (an homage to the Douglas Sirk
movie) with Billie Ray Martin (the record was released with production by
Brian Transeau).
