Erika Jayne is an American Dance/Electronica singer/dancer who currently lives in Los Angeles, California, but was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. Jayne, whose talented influences from her mother and grandmother inspired her career, made her arrival on the club music scene in 2007 with the electro-hued track "Rollercoaster", which went to number one on the U.S. Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart. "Rollercoaster" will also be featured on her debut album Pretty Mess, which will be released in late 2008. She attended North Atlanta High School for the Performing Arts. She is married to a high-powered Plaintiff's attorney who bankrolled the production of her first album. "Stars" - her second single has been released by RM Records and is climbing the US and UK charts.
