Career The band was established by brothers Keith and Jordan Buckley,
whose father teaches at the University at Buffalo. They added to the
initial lineup with guitarist Andrew Williams, bassist John McCarthy, and
drummer Michael "Ratboy" Novak. In their first short tour covering the
