History Final Conflict is a hardcore punk band from Long Beach, California formed in 1984. They have gone through various lineup changes since then, with the only constant member being Jeff Harp, their original guitarist. Currently the bands lineup includes Shane McLachlan of the grindcore band Phobia Early this year they did a co-headlining tour all across the US with The Exploited .
