History Hand to Hand began in 2004 as a small band that was sure of what they were doing. They recorded their debut EP Fast Forward Your Thoughts by themselves and soon after got signed with Lifeforce Records. The band released the debut album A Perfect Way to Say Goodbye, and began touring extensively. At this point they started going through some member changes. Zach Swain left the band first, and it followed by a new bassist, and a new guitarist.
