Hans Florian Zimmer (born September 12, 1957) is a German composer and producer. He is best known for his Academy Award, Grammy and Golden Globe-winning film scores. His work is notable for integrating electronic music sounds with traditional orchestral arrangements. Biography Zimmer was born in Frankfurt am Main, Germany and moved to London as a teenager, where he went to Hurtwood House School.
