Joe Driscoll (born on April 12th in Syracuse, NY) Is musician/beatboxer famed for his revolutionary take on music and enthusiasm for encorporating different styles and instruments live on stage. He performs solo, and uses a live recorded loop to fuse hip-hop, reggae, soul, folk and roots rock to create an original and unique sound; an innovator not only for the genre-defying music he creates, but for the groundbreaking way in which he performs it. Described in the music press as "the modern day one man band", as he is a lone figure on stage and in the studio, yet is able to create a soundscape of a full band utilizing heavy vocal percussion, an array of instruments, a loop pedal, and a lot of imagination. Hailing from upstate New York, Driscoll was spotted and signed by 3RDEGREE LTD while touring the U.K in 2004.
