Biography Jupiter One
Jupiter One is an American indie rock band from Brooklyn, New York.
Inspired by a wide range of influences, they create indie pop songs, with a
grounding in new wave vintage synth sounds. One of their tracks,
"Countdown", has been featured in the video game Madden NFL 08, while
"Platform Moon" was used in a commercial for Mazda outside of the US. Their
debut album was released by Cordless Recordings.
K Ishibashi and Zac Colwell are the founding members of the group. Other
members are K's wife Mocha, a Japanese-born keyboard/violinist, and drummer
Dave Heilman.
