    Lulu Santos, stage name of Luiz Maurcio Pragana dos Santos (Rio de Janeiro, May 4, 1953) is a Brazilian singer and guitarist, considered one of the great names of Brazilian rock. Beginning in the progressive band Vmana, Lulu left the band and embarked on a solo career that produced several hits, such as "Tesouros da Juventude" (a tribute to John Lennon, written with Nelson Motta), "De Repente Califrnia", "Tempos modernos", "Adivinha o qu", the smash hit "Como uma onda (Zen-surfismo)"http://www.hot100brasil.com/timemachine1983.html, another Lulu Santos/Nelson Motta partnership and "Um certo algum".
