Biography

Mamonas Assassinas was a satirical Brazilian pop/rock band. They were a huge hit in 1995 among children, teenagers and even adults - probably due to the crude humor in their lyrics. The English version that band made for the name was "The Big Killer Breasts". Mamonas Assassinas members employed a humorous mixture between diverse styles. They often borrowed elements from other music, among which were the main riff of the Portuguese Vira, Northeastern Brazil songs, Mexica
