Mathew James Willis (born 8 May 1983) is a British singer-songwriter from Tooting, south London. He first found fame as a member of the British band, Busted. Personal life Willis was born in Tooting in London, later moving to East Molesey, Surrey, where he grew up. He soon moved to Woking, attending Woking High School after being after being asked to leave his previous High-School, before leaving to attend Sylvia Young Theatre School, where he met his now close friends Lee Ryan, Tom Fletcher, Billie Piper, Jodie Albert and Amy Winehouse who has openly said "We all loved Matt at school and, yeah, I fancied him.
