Biography Meat Shits
The Meat Shits (also known as Meatshits) are a deathgrind band from
Modesto, California, formed in 1987 under the name Chemical Dependency. The
group is regarded as highly offensive, homophobic, and misogynistic, and
are said to be pioneers of the deathgrind fusion genre, though they often
label their music "brown metal." The band has had numerous releases and
have gone through countless record companies. Many releases are nearly
impossible to find, having been widely ignored by the general public upon
their initial release.
