Biography Mob Figaz
The Mob Figaz are a Bay Area rap group consisting of AP.9, Fed X, Rydah J. Klyde, Husalah, The Jacka, and an un-official member, producer Rob-Lo. They first appeared on C-Bo's albums and on other AWOL Records releases. They released the album C-Bo's Mob Figaz in 1999. In 2001, AP.9 and The Jacka both released solo albums; AP.9 released Head Shotz and The Jacka released a self-titled album featuring Cormega, Too Short and Yukmouth. Rydah also released two compilations D-Boyz Compilation and 90% Street 10% Rap. In 2002, two Mob Figaz compilations were released with some solo tracks from members, Mob Figaz The Comp and Camp Mob Figaz. Also in 2002, AP.9 released his second and third solo albums Worldwide Mob Figa, Military Mindstate, and also released the collaboration Mobstarz with Scoob Nitty (of The Ghetto Starz) under the label Supernatural Records. In 2003, Rydah J. Klyde released his first solo album Prince Of Da Projects featuring Mac Dre, Yukmouth and others. In 2003, a new self-titled Mob Figaz album was released and in 2004, AP.9 and Scoob Nitty released their second collaboration, Codenames. In 2006 Husalah and AP.9 were both sentenced to federal penitentiary time for separate incidents. Husalah is scheduled for release in 2011, and AP.9 is currently appealing his 5 year sentence. In the meantime, Husalah, The Jacka and AP.9 dropped the Mob Trial compilation, The Jacka and Husalah teamed up for Shower Posse (released in 2006), and Husalah released his last work on the album Dope, Guns, And Religion. Husalah has also released a new album consisting of all new music in 2007, Huslin' Since Da '80's.American rappersWest Coast hip hop groups
