Multi Purpose Chemical :

Multi Purpose Chemical (MPC) are an alternative metal band from Liverpool,
UK. The band has had two changes to the line-up to date; in 2006 Ross
McFarlane left his role of drummer and was replaced by Mel Stewart, and as
of August 2007, Rob Hoey no longer holds his role of guitarist. A permanent
replacement has not yet been found, but Obsessive Compulsive's "Giz" is
temporarily standing in.
History Their first recording of a 3-track demo CD, containing recordings
of "Cult," "Death For Sale," and "Hate Magnet" (With a bonus track of their
Cypress Hill-inspired song, "Hop Skip Jump"), landed them their record deal
with Liverpool's own Honey Records. They went on to record a 4-track EP,
"Cult EP," produced by Ace (ex Skunk Anansie), containing new recordings of
"Hate Magnet," "Death For Sale," "Embrace," and "Cult," with their first
ever music video of "Cult." The EP was released on November 28th 2005 under
Honey Records.
