New Found Glory are an American pop punk band that formed in 1997 in Coral Springs, Florida, and is currently based in California. History New Found Glory formed in the middle of 1997 with Jordan Pundik on vocals, Chad Gilbert (formerly of metalcore band Shai Hulud) Steve Klein on guitar, Ian Grushka on bass and Joe Moreno on drums. The band's first release was 1997's It's All About the Girls EP, released by Fiddler Records in June. Soon after the recording of It's All About the Girls, Moreno was replaced by current drummer Cyrus Bolooki.
