His Excellency The Most Reverend Paul Joseph Bradley (born October 18,
1945) is an American Roman Catholic bishop. He was appointed titular bishop
of Afufenia and auxiliary bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on December 16, 2004 and was installed on February
2, 2005. He served as diocesan administrator of the Diocese of Pittsburgh
for fourteen months from the appointment of Donald Wuerl in May 2006 to the
appointment of the new bishop, David Allen Zubik on 18 July 2007.
The son of John and Cecilia Bradley, he was born in the Pittsburgh suburb
of Glassport, Pennsylvania. He attended St. Cecilia Grade School and
attended high school, college and graduate theology studies at St. Meinrad
Seminary, Saint Meinrad, Indiana. He also earned a Master's in Social Work
from the University of Pittsburgh.
