Pokkiri (????????) (2007) is an Action Tamil film directed by Prabhu Deva, released on January 14, 2007 on Thai Pongal day. The film starred Vijay and Asin Thottumkal in the lead roles with Prakash Raj, Nassar, Vadivelu and Napolean in other roles. Mumaith Khan made a guest appearance in an item number. Shooting had taken place in India and Australia. The film's score and soundtrack, released on 15 December, 2006 were composed by Mani Sharma, with many songs not altered from the original.
