Punkreas is one of the most famous punk band in Italy. They were founded in Parabiago, Milan, in 1989 and in 2008 they published their last record. The best qualities of the band are solidity and constancy, since during the 15 years of activity, with a lot of tours, the starting lineup changed only once, and Punkreas produced a record about every 2 years. Nowadays the lineup is composed of Cippa (voice), Flaco (electric guitar), Paletta (electric bass), Noyse (electric guitar) and Gagno (drums), who substituted Mastino since the record Falso. Musically, the sound of the band is raw and strong, with a technique which has constantly grown better with the time and with a good creativity, especially in the lyrics.
