Radikal is a daily Turkish language newspaper, published in Istanbul. It has been published since 1996 on behalf of Do?an Media Group (Do?an Medya Grubu), a large publishing and communications firm owned by Ayd?n Do?an in Turkey. Radikal, unlike many daily newspapers in Turkey, does not seem to support a certain political party because the owner, Ayd?n Do?an, wants to keep his relations well with anyone who is in power. However, it is generally considered as a left-wing (democratic socialist) newspaper, indeed it is a very liberal democrat newspaper. It is so liberal that Radikal lets advertisements of books which deny the Darwin's Evolution Theory.
