Reina (born 1978 in New York City) is a female Dance-pop singer-songwriter. Early life and career The performer began in the music industry as a pre-teen. She was a backup singer for such music artists as Deborah Cox and Corina, became an overnight sensation on the Dance/Club scene when "Find Another Woman" reached #2 on the Billboard Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart in 1998. In 2004, she scored her biggest hit on the Billboard Dance Top 40, when "If I Close My Eyes" went top 5, and in 2005 scored another top 10 on the same chart with "Forgive". Both tracks were from her debut album "This Is Reina".
