?aban ?auli? was born on 6 May 1951 in Sabac, Serbia, Yugoslavia.From mother Ilda and father Huso. He is a folk singer. ?auli? was throned " King of Folkmusic" in his early career. He is married to Gordana and they have four children: Sanela ?auli?, Ilduza (Ilda) ?auli? and Mihajlo ?auli?. Ilda ?aulic is a known tennis player. In 1993, Ilda participated in the world largest women's professional tennis tournament. Sanela is married to a popular soccer player from Serbia Ivan Ad?i?(now divorced)and they have four year old son Luka. ?aban has also another son who is not from the marriage with Gordana. ?aulic and Gordana recently remarried after splitting up. He released his debut album in 1969 when he was just 18 years of age.When he was 17 years old,two compositors Budimir Buca Jovanovic and Veroljub Jovanovic composed his first single hit song "Dajte mi utjehu". His wife Gordana, for whom he wrote and released a hit song for his 1985 album Kafanska no?,
