He is the brother of Phil Hunter. He was played by James Lloyd from 2004 to 2006. Biography Steve's character is the complete opposite to his brother Phil. While Phil is a philanderer, Steve does not lose his virginity until after joining Sun Hill, when he has sex with PC Amber Johannsen in the toilets of a bar. Later, Steve proves to be less trustworthy than everyone had previously thought, when he sleeps with his brother's pregnant girlfriend. He and Phil fight over this, and their already strained relationship never recovers. After an accident, Steve asks Phil if he wants him to leave Sun Hill.
