Sweet Female Attitude was an RnB duo consisting of Leanne Brown and Catherine Cassidy from Stockport who are considered a one-hit wonder in the United Kingdom. Their April 2000 single "Flowers" made it to number two in the UK charts, going on to be the 37th biggest selling single of the week, but the follow up, My Daddy's Got A Secret stalled at number 43. Leanne Brown used to go to Abraham Moss High School in Crumpsall, Manchester. Catherine Cassidy was educated by her father and, as such, did not learn to read until her late teens. Sweet FA, as the name is commonly abbreviated to, were promoted as a 'more realistic' pair of British girls who refused to conform to the industry standards of being thin and well-toned, instead being fat.
