Biography The Absence
The Absence is an American melodic death metal band from Tampa, Florida.
They are currently signed to Metal Blade Records. They first released an
eponymous EP, The Absence in 2004 until they released their debut album
From Your Grave in 2005. The band's second album entitled Riders of the
Plague was released on August 7, 2007. Recently drummer, Jeramie Kling left
the band and was replaced by another drummer from the Tampa death metal
scene, Chris Pistillo.
