    The Anniversary was an American alternative rock band formed in 1997 in Lawrence, Kansas. The band released two full length albums: Designing a Nervous Breakdown (2000) and Your Majesty (2002) before disbanding on February 6, 2004. History Breakup The Anniversary left Vagrant after their contract ended. The final message posted on their website was: Hello friends, I regret to announce that THE ANNIVERSARY has officially broken up. We've made large strides in the music world, but we weren't prepared for all the changes in our lives.
