The Lovely Feathers are a Montreal-based indie rock band who toured with Metric in late 2005. Their first release was an independent release titled My Best Friend Daniel after Daniel Suss who had to quit the band for a short time. Their second release (first official LP), Hind Hind Legs, was released on April 18, 2006 by Equator Records/EMI. The Lovely Feathers play fast indie-pop, somewhat similar in style to The Unicorns and Birdmonster. Their members are as diverse and quirky as the music they play.
