Tok Tok Tok is an acoustic soul band from Europe.
Awards In 2005, Tok Tok Tok won the French Grand Prix SACEM for Singing
and Composition, and the German Jazz Award for selling many thousands of
CDs.
Members Tokunbo Akinro - vocals.
Morten Klein- tenor saxophone and mouth drums. Before founding Tok Tok
Tok, Tokunbo Akinro and Morten Klein, the creative and organizing heart of
the band, worked together in various other projects. Their musical search
for melodic beauty associated with groove and soul led them to find their
completing parts in each other. They continue to concentrate on the song
qualities of their acoustic soul compositions, as exemplified on Ruby Soul
(2002).
