Torche
Torche is a Stoner/Sludge/Doom band from Miami, Florida. Biography The group was formed by Steve Brooks (ex Floor), Juan Montoya, Jonathan Nuñez & Rick Smith (who also plays in the grindcore band Shitstorm[LINK: http://www.stonerrock.com/interviews/index.asp?InterviewID=161] Interview by StonerRock.com). Their music can be described as The Melvins playing a Queens of the Stone Age kind of Stoner and has been labeled ?stoner pop,? ?thunder rock,? and ?doom pop?.
