Willi One Blood (born William Harbour, Jr.) is a New York-based reggae
singer whose claim to fame is the song "Whiney Whiney (What Really Drives
Me Crazy)", included on the soundtrack album of the 1994 film Dumb and
Dumber. The single peaked at number 62 on the Billboard charts[LINK:

Additionally, Willi has appeared in a few movies, such as Léon and Joe's
Apartment.
