Charles C. Scruggs, Jr.,(born on February 17 1975 in Cleveland, Ohio) better known as Wish Bone, is an American rapper and member of Bone Thugs-n-Harmony. Also known as Straight Jacket and Big Wish. Bone Thugs-n-Harmony Wish Bone is the cousin of Steven "Layzie Bone" Howse and Stanley "Flesh-n-Bone" Howse. He has remained silent despite the solo success of the other members of the group. He has a son named Charles "Lil' Wish" Scruggs, III and a daughter named Minnie. He also participated little on the Mo Thugs Family albums. He founded ThugLine Records together with Krayzie Bone. Solo Wish Bone has reported in various radio interviews that a solo album will be released. His album was supposed to be released nearly 10 years ago called Wishmaster, but nothing has surfaced as of yet.
